Under the general supervision of the Volunteer Development, Outreach, and Data Manager, the Volunteer Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for prospective volunteers, primarily by guiding new volunteers through the training and certification process. This position will also be responsible for collecting, verifying, and processing staff and volunteer certifications. Our preferred candidate is an engaging, strong communicator and relationship builder, and is experienced both in volunteer management and online learning.
