Do I Qualify For This Service?

  • Your household income is below $69,000
  • You don’t have any of the following:
    • Rental property
    • Adjustments on education expenses (box 4 or 6 of your 1098-T)
    • Sale of cryptocurrency
    • Self employment income with any of the following:
      • Over $35,000 in expenses
      • A loss for the year
      • Employees
      • Depreciation or amortization
      • Business use of the home


We can help you with your Federal and Oregon tax returns only.

Tax Preparation Checklist



Identification Documents such as:

  • Social security card or ITIN for everyone on your tax return (required)
  • Government picture ID for taxpayer and spouse if filing jointly (such as driver’s license or passport) (required)
  • Completed Intake Sheet - Form 13614-C (Available below)
  • Note: BOTH taxpayer and spouse must be present for an appointment if filing jointly



Common Income & Tax Documents such as:

  • Form W2 (wages from a job)
  • 1099 (other kinds of income)
  • Form SSA-1099 (Social Security Benefits)
  • Form 1098-T (education scholarships or grants)
  • From 1099-C (Cancellation of debt)
  • Form 1095-A (health insurance through healthcare.gov)

We can help you get an ITIN if you don’t have one and are not eligible for a Social Security number.



Optional Documents to Download Below, such as:

  • Canceled check or bank routing and account numbers for direct deposit
  • Last year’s tax return
